Do you believe in ghosts? If not, you will... after an evening stroll along the lanes, nooks and crannies of the historic south tip of St. Simons. Join storyteller Jenny Strauss for eerie tales by lantern light, probing the chilling lore and ghostly legends of the island's haunted history. The tree spirits. The Lighthouse ghost. Mary the Wanderer. They will be waiting for you. B E W A R E. Spooky fun for all the family.
Late Night Lighthouse Ghost Encounter
For the truly brave at heart, on select evenings (see below) the Original Ghost Walk now includes a very private late night entrance to the St. Simons Lighthouse, reportedly the third most famous haunted lighthouse in the nation. Will you hear unexplained footsteps? Will you smell pipe smoke? Will you see a ghost or hear his sighs? Those who are very sensitive may experience all of this and more. Bring your camera (for outside) and your courage!
